At Kapi Labs AI (DBA Kapi Labs AI), we provide digital services and software solutions — not physical products. Therefore, traditional shipping and delivery are not applicable to our business.
However, we ensure that all our digital deliverables are provided promptly and efficiently after payment confirmation.
Digital Service Delivery
- All our services (including website design, AI automation tools, SaaS subscriptions, and marketing solutions) are delivered electronically.
- Once payment is confirmed via Razorpay, your service setup or onboarding begins within the specified timeline — typically within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Deliverables such as login credentials, access links, dashboards, or digital assets are shared via email or client portal.
Access to Purchased Services
- Subscription-based services (such as Website on Rent, AI tools, CRM dashboards, etc.) are activated once your account setup is complete.
- Clients will receive an onboarding confirmation email containing access details and next steps.
- For project-based services (like website development or automation setup), timelines are communicated at the start of the engagement.
Non-Delivery or Access Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your service or account:
- Contact us at support@sejix.com within 3 business days of your purchase.
- Our team will verify your order and ensure your digital access is restored promptly.
- No physical goods are dispatched; all resolutions will be handled digitally.
Third-Party Integrations
Some services may include integrations with third-party platforms such as Razorpay, Twilio, WhatsApp API, or GoHighLevel.
Delivery timelines for such integrations may vary depending on the provider’s activation process, KYC verification, or API approval policies.
