Account & Subscription
- Users must provide accurate and current information during registration.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Any misuse or unauthorized use of our platform may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, in compliance with PCI-DSS and RBI guidelines.
- Prices displayed are in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.
- By completing a payment, you authorize Kapi Labs AI to charge your chosen payment method for the selected plan or service.
Refund & Cancellation
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy available on our website.
- Setup, customization, and service activation fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, templates, and AI systems provided by Kapi Labs AI are proprietary and protected under Indian copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services for business purposes only.
Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
Data Privacy & Security
We adhere to strict data protection standards.
