Cancellation & Refund Policy
Overview
At Kapi Labs AI (DBA Kapi Labs AI), we aim to provide high-quality digital products and subscription-based services, including website solutions, automation systems, and SaaS tools. This policy outlines our process for cancellations and refunds to ensure transparency and fairness to all clients.
Service Cancellations
- Clients may cancel their subscription, website rental, or SaaS service at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email to sandeep@sejix.com or through their client dashboard (if applicable).
- To avoid automatic renewal charges, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- Once cancelled, the client’s access to hosted services and linked automation tools will be disabled at the end of the paid billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment was made for the same service or transaction.
- Technical failure on our end resulted in non-delivery of the purchased service.
- Service not initiated after full payment and confirmed subscription within the agreed timeframe.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Setup, design, or customization fees once work has begun.
- Subscription charges for completed or partially delivered service periods.
- Third-party tools, APIs, or software integrations purchased or licensed on your behalf.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made in writing to sandeep@sejix.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay or Stripe) within 7–10 business days.
- All refunds are subject to Razorpay’s transaction and processing fees, which are non-refundable.
Modification or Termination
Kapi Labs AI reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue services that violate our Terms of Use.
- Decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or show misuse of our system.
- Amend this policy at any time to align with updated RBI, PCI-DSS, or Razorpay compliance guidelines.
